CRISPY AROMATIC DUCK
Crispy aromatic duck (香酥鴨) is a similar dish to Peking duck. It is very popular in the United Kingdom and there are claims that it was invented there. However, it is a traditional Chinese dish, and was originally (and still is) served on, in, or around steamed chinese pancakes, spring onions and cucumbers.
